Every 15 minutes someone is a victim of drinking and driving. Miguel, in 2009, was a senior in high school and was in the audience for an every 15 minutes event where he heard a message that informed students on the danger and reality of driving under the influence. A year later he was the guest speaker at his alma mater delievering a similar message.
