As a Youth Volunteer with the Dream Big Project, you'll be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the lives of students. You’ll earn community service hours while helping younger students (K-12) with their education, building leadership skills, and giving back to your community. What kind of volunteer opportunities are available?

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including tutoring, mentoring, fundraising, event planning, and more. We'll work with you to find a volunteer position that matches your interests and skills.

How much time do I need to commit as a volunteer?

We ask that volunteers commit to at least one hour per week, although we're flexible and can work with your schedule. We also have opportunities for one-time volunteer events and special projects.

What kind of training and support will I receive as a volunteer?

We'll provide you with training and support to help you succeed in your volunteer role. We'll also be available to answer any questions you have and provide ongoing support throughout your volunteer experience.

What are the requirements to become a youth volunteer?

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experiences. However, we do require that volunteers be at least 16 years of age and have a desire to help at-risk youth in our community.

How do I apply to become a youth volunteer?

You can apply to become a youth volunteer by filling out our online volunteer application form. Once we receive your application, we'll contact you to schedule an interview and discuss available volunteer opportunities.
